You have to offer the unit before they will inspect, no pre-inspection. 

So far, I'll be requesting an inspection of the house to know what needs to be updated/repaired.Thanks for your help.

I do plumbing inspections on the way in, along with full home inspections, and sometimes we do a pre-sale home inspection on the way out before the sale and we offer that as part of the listing package.

its one thing I noticed when I am in Charleston SC inspecting my new  builds there is very  few if any homeless or pan handlers in Charleston proper..

Most of it will be DIY with inspections to make sure it's to code.
