Twitter/eMail/etc don't count since you really need to actually talk to people.  

Instead of lots of conversation threads about different topics, lets make it look like twitter's mentally handicapped cousin.

I have even heard of some using Snapchat, TikTok and Twitter, but those seem like less useful for real estate.

Twitter announced yesterday that employees can continue to work from home permanently.

They put their link of their website on facebook, twitter, etc. etc and say something like "Hey if you need to sell your hosue check us out".That stuff doesn't work man.

THAT is the hard part.When I started in 2002, there was no Facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.

I also got the idea to search for wholesalers, real estate agents, and direct sellers on Twitter and now am broadcasting that fact here and hopes someone responds.
