Vrbo sent me an email this morning about changes to their terms of service. 

They're not like big conventional banks after all (correct me if I'm mistaken).I found one that does a soft pull so I'm thinking there's nothing to lose.

I did not receive any settlement statement until the morning of the closing and the final settlement statement about 30 minutes before closing.

I know you post it often but I actually read it this morning..
