I'm actively getting my license and would love to know from brokers, "What can a new agent showcase in their attempt to connect and join a high level team that would make them the most attractive candidate to join their brokerage?"

The best way for finding multi family unit properties will be utilizing the commercial MLS (Netloop, Showcase, etc), commercial brokers, directly contacting building owners, property managers, and networking groups. 

I know many property managers use before and afters of updated properties, as well as showcase their available properties online.

By leading with the aerial I thought it would provide a better idea of parking as well as the overall complex, but it's not exactly showcasing how well it can be client facing.

There were a few specific trades there, but Handyman type businesses showcasing.

Oh, and 'lawns' were first used to showcase massive wealth by landbarons, who would just show off they could do whatever the hell they wanted with their land and they didnt have to plant crops to survive.  

They can work through things like tile choices during construction, but we're not going to design a showcase staircase in the field like I'd do with a spec.
