Unfortunately though, his brokerage primarily focuses on a part of town that I'm not interested in buying.I'm actually not looking for a daily e-mail blast of commercial deals at 70% of market value.

However, they let me go in July 2023, so I’m focusing on growing my real estate business.

I’m looking to invest in nearby areas, focusing on fix-and-flip projects and new ground-up construction.

I also have a list of all the other local meetups that I'd be happy to share...The super power I've found over the last 5 years or so investing is FOCUS!  

They tend to be more lenient than traditional lenders (banks, etc.) and focus on the details of the deal more then anything.
