I would like some recommendations of foreclosure attorney for prince's George County, Maryland. someone with a great deal of experience on tax lien foreclosure.

As well, I would love to hear from any supporting groups, i.e. lenders, lawyers, CPAs, agents, brokers, etc. and any input they might have about this community.Thanks, and again can't wait to see the different ports of entry this ship takes me.

the house would probably look better without the car port too . or shoud i keep the car port. its not too bad but couple boards may need to be replaced & repainted 

and I agree it has come up some.. rural WA though at its base is Loggers  AG  port workers there in Longview ( although those guys make big bucks and wont be renting from you..) 

I chose this market cause of the low purchase prince and relatively high rents, some still passing the 1.5% rule.

Both 26 and 95 will be expanded to 6 lanes to accommodate exporting new vehicles to Savannah port. 

I gave my tenant 60 day notice to move by December 30th, She was seen on December 29th moving with a u haul truck and her walk through was scheduled for December 30th.

This unfortunately ruins it for the rest of my investors who still would like to make a pretty penny in promising/developing neighborhoods.I have seen many of my seasoned investors start to migrate to properties in Germantown and the outskirts of U-City as well as Grays Ferry as that neighborhood has experienced the trickle gentrification from Point Breeze the same way that Port Richmond has felt the benefits of Fishtown/East Kenzo.
