I like how it is an all in one software with cleaning notifications, calendar management, syncs to pricing software (wheelhouse or pricelabs) and also can do direct bookings. 

James, I tried doing this in another city which I was not a member of their mls, after signing the contract and paying the fee, there were a lot of additional charges, like they wanted me to pay for the lockbox and shipping fee, I had to take the lockbox to the property, in the contract they said they will post 15 pictures, but they wanted me to provide pictures they would just upload it.I'm just trying to say double check and make sure what is included and what is not, if you are in town, it will be a lot easier but for my case, I didn't want to drive few hours to run their errands.

There are certainly many that TELL you they accept non-accredited investors.....the thing to remember is that most of them still strongly prefer accredited investors and most will still send you notifications on upcoming syndications that are still for accredited investors only.

Strange. no concept of trust. amount is $2000. so i am not if its even worth for me to go after them.

Some cards claim to send a notification to the bureaus any time the balance hits zero, but it is more likely they won't report until the next statement cuts, so you need it to be reported to whatever bureau the bank pulls from prior to them running your credit.
