Are you a Millennial and an investor?

College students and millennials would be more interested in Venmo.

Millennials are going to move wherever it’s cheaper as long as it’s a big city.

As a female millennial, I promise you it is the Holy Grail of ideas to appeal to other millennials (and remember, women will be more concerned with aesthetics, generally speaking). 

Do you think there would be a better return investing where the majority of millennials are going or stick to Baby Boomers?

Where are the millennials moving to?

There are other models that could work like a cooperative or even some kind of subdivision or something like that but that also can be a headache.I am generally not opposed to the idea because I think it could help some of the issues millennials are having to break into home ownership.

As a millennial tech worker myself, I wish there are more available class-A housings to choose from than living in older yet expensive apts.

It’s undergoing some pretty sweet gentrification and is popular with SU students along with millennial crowds.

Just thinking  The costs to buy apartment complexes with a lot of units has been on the rise and there is a big reason for it -  millennials aren't buying homes.
