If that's what you really want, you'll need to attend every REIA meeting within driving distance and broadcast that to the group.  

You cannot go to hitting home runs in MLB without joining little league first!

There has not been a single broadcast that has not provided me value or that I felt was a waste of my time.

Broadcasting the property itself on craigslist is never a good idea. 

The amount of work required to schedule, book, record, edit, and broadcast them is  exponentially "amazing"  - like our host and co-host often say.This allowed me to diversify in REI after learning very valuable lessons in negotiation, management, value-added, integrity, and encouragement.
