Rather than paying $6k for a new driveway, oftentimes you can just get a cement cone grinder wheel on a 4" grinder and grind down the lip and problem solved for cheap.Just some thoughts on the most common things.

Took 21 months to complete, complete nightmare, two different builders gave me lip service and for all intents and purposes quit working on the job, I had to pretty much become the project manager and worker in order to get the build done and ready to rent.  

 I have the same problem as Bryan, I do have a hearing problem (hear hearing aid) speech impairment which I talk very well. 99% I lip read.

And the appraiser was a bit of a jerk and on the defensive before "Good morning" left my lips let alone waiting to hear what I was calling about.  

It's great that corporations pay the lip service, but where are the jobs and why do they continuously get a free pass for operating in countries with child labor, slave labor, etc.?

My Excel spreadsheet Am Chart makes me more money than anything other than my lips working. 

At first blush, you think "well, the agent's on my side."

Particularly in this selling environment, where foreclosures are common, and the question on most purchasers’ lips is "What does it need?"

So maybe the announcement is just lip-service/ negotiating bluster and they're not really "leaving" NAR in most places?
