Hi Gabriel,I agree with what @Zev J. said; it depends on your current situation and your goals.Doing a fix & flip has the potential to provide a more immediate boost to your liquidity, but because the exit is a sale, you won't be building up a portfolio of investment properties that provide cash flow.On the other hand, buying and renting a property is unlikely to provide you with a large influx of cash like a potential fix & flip, but it does carry the potential to provide a steady stream of income and kickstart the accumulation of income-producing properties.Best,Michael
