The tenants got charged to fix the yard back but we ended up building a deck over half the yard making it harder for repeat performance.I had a neighboring tenant make some inappropriate remarks about a female tenant.

Contractors do not like working directly with the home owner.Being a female in TN, I have found I actually get better prices going directly through a general contractor, and have had him work on 5 different properties now and it really is the way to go for me.
