Credit Check Question????? Help

Hey Everyone, Hope your Saturday is great!

My first tenant in my first rental just moved out after two years, so I'm now trying to fill it. I just had someone fill out an application and completed a credit/background.. which came back perfect. Her son and daughter-in-law will be moving in as well and have also submitted an application. The lady text me saying that her son completed the credit check, which is part of the background check, but was unaccepted.? I have never heard of this. She claims that her son has never had any debt and pays everything in cash so he doesn't have a credit history to submit for. Has anyone heard of this, or do you think they may be hiding something? I'm hoping this is an error on the credit/background company I use (Rentler.com). Thank you all!!

Why does the mother have the credit checks, they should be sent to you directly by the credit company. Never allow a applicant access to their credit checks. You need to work directly with the credit check company to avoid situations like this.

The mother is irrelevant if she moves out later and you are left with the son and wife as tenants which is highly likely. I would definatly not rent to her until you confirm the son and wife.

What was the result of the daughter in laws credit check.
