Most options traders don't want to actually take delivery of oil so they sell, because the option is about to expire worthless and they don't want to get assigned. 

Just wondering if anyone in this community is also a day trader.

A huge issue right now in the market is the young amateur traders seeking millions so they buy options (either side) and influence thé market by pounding it with increased risk.  

Especially in the current environment where new traders on Robinhood are buying options willy-nilly, it's like taking candy from kids.

My question is does this impact deducting interest in anyway on this current property of any new property the cash is used for?Ex

Noho west opened up recently with a new Trader Joe’s which is a 3 min drive from my place and there’s a Whole Foods that’s opening up later in the year which is a 5 min drive.

Hence, currency traders are now likely baking in, that the U.S. dollar is inflating.)

The day I moved to Denver a Trader Joe's opened up in the neighborhood and several large developments were finally underway and when I sold a year later (so owned for 3 years--lived in for 2 and rented for 1) I netted $50k.
