I'm 60 and at the tail end of the Baby boomers;  and the chance my son takes over by the time I'm 70 is pretty low.

If interest rates are that low and there's very little inflation it could be a tell tail sign of a stagnant economy or worse an economy in decline.

I am on the tail end of an update of a unit which had a long term tenant.

Most investment models include a host of fees, splits, inversions, waterfalls, lockups, tails, etc. which can be complicated and confusing for investors. 

You'll need at least three-five years of P&L's and preferably tax returns to make heads or tails of the property.
