Multi Family Investing Volume 1 (think that’s the name) by Brandon Turner is a great starting out point.

If more investors spend a fraction of the time and energy spent worrying about asset protection and do the things on a daily basis that prevents liability exposure, plaintiffs attorneys won’t eat as well. 

I also read daily and attend RE investor training courses regularly. 

RE commissions for sure been doing that for almost 50 years and its crazy for anyone doing any volume in my mind not to have the license .

We do these daily and see these types of scenarios all the time.

Unless they are paying for their own trash by volume it doesn’t really matter whose trash goes where.

I fear the timing may be an issue with the large transaction volumes, and money in money out scenario.Any advice regarding the best accounts for SPE LLCs used to invest in and hold real estate would be greatly appreciated.
