He built a personal finances tracker app as a pet project for us (hellofin.app) and it sends me a text every time money goes in or out of our accounts, and we can add a tag to it (like "christmas gifts" rather than the generic bank terms "shopping").

I do send a little bonus around Christmas time for my regular contractors who have proven to be reliable over the years.  

It all started over Christmas vacationing in Aruba that the voice in the back of my head started getting a little louder.

Good thing that I am a competent plumber.I missed my party that night.On Christmas night this last year I responded to a fire at one of the properties. 

I keep telling myself I will take a break this summer once we have gotten to 7 and than I dream about having 8 by Christmas lol
