We have done this from the borrower side of things, perhaps smaller amounts dealing with, but the path we used in PA was lender deposits funds to our bank account in advance to ensure funds cleared on the account, typically 7-10 business days on the bank side for deposit to clear in excess of 5k.

Although Jon is correct, that you can order forms from the IRS, there is one thing that I noticed that could be problematic for you if you order the forms this way.It is now February 20 - and 1099-MISC was supposed to be postmarked by end of January (or first business day in February in certain years).

Chuck,WHen submitting multiple bids, even 100 in one month, you are not actually putting up the $1000 or whatever your offered earnest money deposit (EMD) is, you are sending an executed contract with a copy of a check for the EMD amount and the contract should stipulate that the EMD will be provided within 3 business days of accepted contract.Therefore, you can make 1000 offers and offer $5,000 of earnest money, but until you get an accepted offer, you don't need the $5,000,000 in cash necessary to make that many offers.
