I've never seen a pair of contractors agree on anything.

E.g if I'm buying a pair of shoes for $120 today, it means that I'm basically spending $10 each month this year to own this pair of shoes.

@Dawn PlattDepending on the industries in your market you could look to pair with local employers.

If it is medical bills we tend not to care as much as long as they are paired with someone with better credit etc.So not super black and white on this issue and maybe why you are finding it hard to get specific answers.

But a workaround for this is to get paired up with a portfolio lender.Are these portfolio lenders just small banks that need to do loans in order to make money?
