@Andreina Marquez  if its a hot area folks will probably get more than one letter.. so when and if you get calls my best advice is do whatever it takes to Answer the phone.. do not let it go to VM .Once you get them on the phone since your starting out.. your goal is to get an appointment with them regardless of if its a deal or not.. you can use the experience in talking to a seller live and in person go see them and the property.. this will build experience practicing on these first responders so when good deal comes down the pike you have some confidence.
