- What are the rents in the area of the house?

From what I've seen in this area right now, it seems like you'd have a hard time paying market LTR rents and making a good spread. 

The HOA governs those areas and may assign exclusive rights to amenities like parking or pool. // Differences in Control & Management TIC: All owners collectively manage the property, often requiring group decisions on maintenance and sales.

Educating yourself and networking is the perfect foundation for real estate success.What areas of real estate are you most interested in?

When you say "section 8" tenants, are you looking at low-income housing tax credit type properties, or standard rentals that are in lower income areas and therefore cater to HCV tenants?  

These closures raise an important question: why are large, purpose-built supermarkets shutting down in urban areas?
