Since, I've been working as a project manager for a commercial general contractor running tenant fit-out jobs (office and warehouse, mostly).

Is this because of the extreme temperature changes in the area?

It has experienced significant growth in recent years, thanks in part to tech giants like Intel ($20 billion), Meta, Amazon, and Google establishing warehouses and data centers in the area.
