My go to plumber, electrician, drywall, demo/labor, tile and a few others never asked for anything up front.

I was able to complete the entire bathroom remodel in 3 days vs. demo and putting in new tile, etc.

Oh and they wanted to knock down a building that I was trying to purchase through sherrif's sale, and seemed dead-set on it, even though I had just gotten legal control over the building and had contractors in place to make it safe, almost as though the demo contractor had a special relationship with the powers that be.

I believe they got them as a prize from a shipment of Cracker Jack boxes Obama sent every Demo :mrgreen:

It's a pull out but as a dealer I can put a new one in and do all the necessary demo, site prep, infrastructure upgrades, permitting, etc for about 75k and resell it for 150+k.

In addition, there was a gentleman that demoed a software system that he build for RE investors.

Probably have to demo on location - however, there is another issue you need to be aware of: If you move in "newer" manufactured homes instead of "new" manufactured homes then your end buyer cannot get FHA or most conventional financing.

I could add a small walk-in closet or add a larger closet which would require demo of a wood burning fireplace.
