Leah Bonner Online Marketing VS Direct Mail

I've noticed a real uptick in complaints about this lately, but that's purely anecdotal.PPCPPC, or pay-per-click online advertising, is the newer kid on the block, although it's been growing quite a bit due to some prominent adopters (notably Sean Terry, the guys at We Buy Houses, etc).PPC has two fundamental strengths: speed and objectivity.PPC is one of the fastest marketing channels there is, and it's raw speed allows you to launch into entirely new markets in around ten minutes or so.

Even if the  information is useful, when you part out with you money by paying for some "mentorship," it's a joke in this case.My assessment after 5 years of this, is you are better of keeping your cash, and taking action on your own, i would rather loose the money myself than have Phil loose it for me.Here is the fundamental problem with Phils's approach:It is all upside for the mentor (Phil),>You pay an entrance fee to join: +$5,000.00 ,>You are paying him monthly: +200.00You are paying paying for your own marketing under Phil's guidance which is not dialed in-he does not clearly know what he is doing within this regards>Then to top it all of, if by chance you close a  "deal" you are splitting profits with him: 50/50, lol.Gains for Phil are all upside, for you as the student it is all downside.Truth be told-keep you cash there are better ways to waste money, than this. And for the marketers here, kindly note Phil is supposedly-suppose to already know what marketing techniques work, but this is not the case as my marketing money was used to test out marketing that never worked over a span of +5 years, yes i took massive action, plus spent a lot, and nothing to show for it.
