Thanks. hard to compare the two and most out of state investors do but it's not even close by demographics, population patterns, economic drivers, etc. look at jobsohio.com if you want to review central oh numbers. for columbus if you look at new construction as an equity driver may be a strategy to consider before jumping on an old existing home that you have no control over. we do turn key development and construction for individuals and corps and would be happy to discuss.

My other costs include a 20V cordless drill for $60, a drill set for $20, a set of 1/4 inch driver bits for $10, a tape measure for $5, and a bimetal hole saw template kit for $50.I've never but never met a locksmith with a skill set worth anything close to what he charged for his time, tools, and materials on anything resembling a normal residential job.

as you know....And it used to be a lot easier also.We used to be able to go to the Dept. of Transportation and get a copy of drivers licenses, which of course have addresses, as well as DOB.We even got non-driving ids from the DOT.We used to get new postal addresses from the PO for $1 each.We used to get birth and death certificates from the Bureau of Vital Statistics.We used to be able to get letters to prisoners.We used to be able to inquire if a senior citizen was a resident of a specific nursing/retirement home"USED TO" is the key phrase.

The Dept of Motor Vehicles would be able to track down the VIN or tags to an owner; whether that owner has a current address on file is not guaranteed of course, but if they have a driver's license they just might get a change of address filed.
