It does not seem to be happening so fast to the West.i saw the writing on the wall for downtown long ago, but a lot of those ships have sailed.I have worked out of town for the last several years, and haven't been home as much as I'd like to have been, but I think that assessment still stands.Corbin, would you agree with all that?
