So your answer depends on lien priority, and you are advised to learn which liens rank higher and lower in priority (and why); that is beyond what I intended  to post here.The prothonotary should have some way to indicate a lien’s status - whether it is open or satisfied or discharged.

@Patrick Connell - thank your lucky Texas star (no wonder thumbtack.com ranked Texas #1 for being small business friendly).... here in Maryland, General Contractor licenses are issued by local municipalities, usually the County.  

Organic usually means the content was thought of so highly from a trusted source that it is ranked near the top.

The inherited prospect has its quirks which is why I rank it as #5.

Many people think it doesn’t matter, but I can tell you the data and the results show that it does. 1 lost deal because the website isn’t setup to rank well for your company name OR isn’t setup with conversion in mind (converting visitors into leads at a high rate)... could cost you what... $10k?
