As I matured and enter the Real Estate field i quickly got a taste of the other side of the coin...Just to clarify, I have partnered and worked with hundred of individuals in South Dakota and have had countless positive meetings and developed countless meaningful business relationships that I am truly grateful for.

I worry about maintenance cost of the Multi units in these locations as they are 100+ yrs old.If you have any suggestions on locations to consider, strategies or even have any good realtor/contractor in the area to share would be super grateful.

I'm grateful for recommendations on people to connect with and am very excited to get my REI journey started and to buy my first investment property very soon.
