If there is a clause that you lose more then what happens when it gets to be where you lose money, they end up holding the bag.

They broke the porch and security door, haven't cut the grass or cleaned drainage area in front of the house, they have not paid for trash pick up.and when I was in the house last there were multiple bags of trash piled up inside.I just fixed the house from the last tenants paint, floors  etc.

Since it’s legal for recreational use many companies or groups have been selling tee shirts that come with a “Free Gift” which is a bag of weed and depending on your t shirt price determines the quantity/ quality.

I loved the bootcamp so much a few years ago I packed my bags, left NYC and moved to Florida.

My wife and I (including our young son, Apollo) have been going to downtown Colorado Springs every weekend for the past year to hand out food bags to the homeless.

We have pictures of them having dog urine and feces on the floor, garbage bags stacked in the garage, and flies infested in the kitchen, so I think it is their housekeeping that damaged their own property.

Here in NY you cannot buy a wet paper  bag for under $375K whereas you get a much bigger bang for your buck. 

Lender send funds ( gym bag of cash, check, venmo??)
