With this will be the dismantling of the ubiquitous U.S. presence throughout the world in the form of 1) global military bases, 2) satellite regimes propped up with 'foreign aid,' and 3) wars and other covert activities to promote U.S. interests.What concerns me with the dismantling of the U.S. empire is that other interests (most particularly our largest creditor) will fill the void through military escalation, leapfrogging the U.S. in naval capabilities, and will begin to exert its muscle just as the U.S. recedes.

Felt like I had no purpose and was not giving back value to the world.People typically that have money will get involved in causes and charities to stay busy.My Uncle invented the cleaner Goof Off decades ago.He has been very wealthy for awhile.When he sold off the company and he took a few years off but after that he was sitting at home bored and started inventing hand cleaners and other stuff again.If I had that kind of money personally I like CTL's (credit tenant loans) that are triple net.CVS,Walgreens,Rite Aid's,etc.

The fact that you have referred to it as a Flip in writing doesn't aid you in proving that intent.There's no hard and fast rule, but the general consensus is that you need to have held the prop for 12-18 months in order for the IRS to feel ok about your intention to hold the prop as a rental long-term.
