That might be ok with you and they might not abuse it...but buyer beware.

The garbage attorney advertising on the side of a bus shook us three times for $1,500 per pop until we finally said, "Ok...no...let's go to court".

The one I have now is abusing me because I am out of state and they take all of my money via "prop maint".  

Thus, I can defer taxes.I believe as long as the LLC invoices under $2500 per UOP (for example, insulating the crawl space) and the charges are market based, reasonable, and are not abusive, I can use de minimis to expense.  

IE there are some that would buy those and turn them into rentals and rent back to those losing them.. so they could keep their kids in the same school districts etc etc etc... with the way the laws were written.. those homes actually ended up going to trustee sale and all the ugliness that comes with that for the families.and of course like Ryland said it was a over reaction from politico's to save the public from themselves.and you have very marginal to no character folks who just abused the situation and caused all this in the first place..

They’re easy to work with and don’t abuse the tenants as GTL did.
