Other than figure out how to get rid of the bidet.I would consider painting all the wood walls and cupboards, closet doors, install new hardware and Kitchen light (maybe).

Yes, they handed us over a check for repair contractor to build the walls and floors back up, however LM did NOT include in their estimate the loss of vanity cabinets in the bathroom, and loss of our California Closets in bedroom.They are changing their minds (over the phone) about how long they authorize to pay for accommodations.

**Protip do not use the stain and poly in one... ever - I am not complaining about the results but it was very sticky coming out of the can and that made it difficult to apply - it also did not give a shiny poly finish**Here is my story - I rented a sander for this closet I was turning into a laundry room - it was at one point already a laundry room.
