City View is okay but check for flood plain properties.

And of course do your research and have your ducks in a row so you can move quickly if plain dumb luck drops something into your lap.

Nationwide,I agree that many agents are idiots and are just plain lazy.

the maps old and new can be found thru the fema.gov website. and if you own the property already if it is in new flood plain you can contest it. but that may require you have an elevation survey done.

To put it plainly, everyone and their brother and aunt is looking at getting into real estate right now.

They may do this because either (1) they are just plain greedy and they can, (2) they don’t feel they’re generating sufficient fees to justify their property management business, or for a variety of other reasons.Poor service quality.

Personally I would not care...at all....as long as you are good at your job, I dont care what you look like....The reality is that IF you want to be appealing to as many potential clients as possible, you want to be relatively plain, boring and mainstream in your appearance as possible.
