I received a rather slick mailer today on attending their bootcamp for only $19.95, however from everything I've read the ones that will be getting rich will be those putting on the bootcamp, rather than the attendees who are being asked to fork over money for all the add on information and "assistance".

Having said that 4 months is a short time to get see the overall change in the market but to add on what Andrew said above prices are increasing in the area and rents are getting pushed up as well.In my opinion with the closure of the loop linking the 429 on the north side, the new hospital, and the growth of altamonte springs into the apopka area bode really well for the future.

This would make a great little add-on to the Podcasts, @Brandon Turner - a counter with the most book mentions during the famous five?

My only game plan is to place an add on Craigslist and try to reach out to a few folks who have purchased in the area before.

@Aj BowmanYou should check with your County Building Inspector's Office, but generally the well volume and septic drain field size is determined by the number of bedrooms a home has, so if you add one the old well and septic will have to be large enough to handle it.

Just wanted to add,  on top of being the decent thing to do....two weeks in Florida humidity is not good for your property,  either.Once had a tenant in Houston (we rented our small house when we moved to a larger one so we could see how we liked being landlords).
