Hi Chet,I have a great agent in Pinellas, he'll need a recent wind mitigation and 4 point inspection and if you want flood insurance you'll need an updated elevation certificate as well (whoever is doing your survey can usually do this too.)

Time Warner came out to do a site survey and have offered a complete, professional rewire of all three buildings in exchange for a 10 year easement and for exclusive rights to market TV/Internet/Voice to the tenants on the property.

They could build the fence improperly, as well, without a survey I don't know where the exact boundary lines are, which could cause issue upon a sale.Am I being too negative or?

Around here lenders sometimes require ILC's (improvement location certificates), which is a simple survey and drawing showing the improvements are acutally on the lot.
