Any aircraft currently based at the field, any hangars?

I've also wanted my CPA, my tax and asset protection attorney and my investment advisor to talk to each other so all heard what the issues and concerns were of each and to make strategic decisions that were best for my situation.

I don’t mind doing hard money loan to refinance later as my credit score is 800 ish +/-2) continue on the turnkey path and buy them very quick and pay them off knowing fully well that 4 plex turnkey don’t exist so I have to hit my 10 mortgage limit (not interested in creative financing right now) and pay off 1 loan quickly and buy another, etc... then rinse and repeat.3) combination of both 1&2After I close on my duplex I have 5 more loans to go to hit my 10 loan cap so I want to be more strategic to take advantage of the interest rates being as low as they are right now.Any feedback or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Once you know that then you create the strategic way to get to you goal.

As far as leverage goes, personally I had an acquisition phase,  maintain/optimize phase, then payoff and strategic exit phase.I've paid off a bunch, but all for specific reasons. 

BP Community, I am looking for some advice to take my investing to next level. So here is my situation... I have 3 single family homes here in Arizona, all rented and cash flowing. I have about $420k in equity combine...

ADUs are a good option, you have to be strategic with that method as well due to the fact they are new and some areas do not have a lot which will change the appraised value.

Creative in the sense that they do not feel confined to looking at a deal for face value for a simple rehab or flip but looking for added value, potential of development, and being open to the strategic opens of long term investment.
