I was in the program and lost my shirt,  had no deals or real support from the mentor program.Also, don't give away your "SDIRA". 

If there is no damage you make out like a bandit, if there is damage you could lose your shirt.

Then there are people who try to claim that guy is not living here and that they didn't damage x y or z, despite there being pics before move in that clearly show it was not damaged (Date, time and gps stamped pics).

I imagine the city will have to have stamped engineering plans ( that will be additional expenses), that are specific to the particular lot you have purchased.

The individuals get social security disability, food stamps, discounts on utilities, etc. and sometimes financial help from their family.

We are ahead of the "movement" and I don't want to be the pioneer who lost his shirt with an unprofitable rehab.

I remember my mom handing me a five gallon gas can, and a dollar, then reminding me to bring back her change AND her S&H Green Stamps...

If you look at the time stamp on this thread the job is done and the contractor is long gone. 

If you buy in the wrong place or at the wrong time, you can lose your shirt.
