HO is hoping for approval on a VA mod.

I guess I could see a benefit in that but do not understand the colleague benefit.I would appreciate one of the many mods to explain it or tell me where to go to learn about these two wonderful programs........

Sometimes these dont update in a timely manner, but if they re-instated the loan, paid the past due, worked a loan mod to completion, bankruptcy, etc, it would get removed from the sale list.

But Mods fall under local building regs and HUD Mfg a nationwde federal mandate. 

I know this is a pretty stupid question but how can you listen to bp pod cast in a car while your driving. ?

I have two rental units in my portfolio that I refinanced into a 15 year mortgage at 3.5% in other to pay it off fast but after watching and learning a lot from pod casts here in BP; I would have done things differently.

Alex, I met you at an local event here in Vegas -couple months ago Outback Jon Lee was MC at a Local Casino you were on the panel BTW Great job we talked a couple minutes after the event I'm also interested in your Apt. interest you mention on the BP Pod cast  searching the multi- family direction seems to be good but different of course.Any time I can take you to Lunch ,coffee & chat let me know ?
