Creative Investing is all about overcoming obstacles and working around obstructions, essentially where I'm getting at is that you don't need any capital to get into the game.

What are some obstacles I may need to over come ?

To overcome from the present condition state has to take responsibility of all these.

It is highly recommended that each property be owned by a separate entity (LLC, S-Corp).As for banks not wanting to lend to a new LLC, this can be overcome by personally guaranteeing the mortgage.

Hi, All are very good points but each one can be overcome buy HUD saying, just see a mortgage originator and they will do them for you!

Is it best to do it lock, stock, and barrel all at once - or if we were looking at taking a longer-term approach at rehabbing and getting better tenants in, is the stigma harder to overcome?
