I think I mentioned in the last thread about your global financial statement and how these properties may make it harder for you to grow a portfolio because of the low cash flow to debt ratio.

I'm thinking something major would have to happen to impact borrower eligibility before the demand for housing could be dampened enough to produce a serious housing downtown.True, there may well be a large number of credit-damaged housing hunters once the dust from the eviction moratoria expirations begins to settle.There may well be a major downtown on the global financial stage.

The number seems like it will work for how my families lifestyle is. its important to look at your situation globally..

We have been in a crazy search for yield at the global level with worldwide rates so low and so cash for real estate for the big boys and gals (talking 7/8/9 figures here) became BOTH a profit center and a safety play.
