I think you'll be hard pressed to find someone doing those today.

My choice would be clean and pressed jeans and boots.  

Are you talking soaking tub, dual vanity, separate water closet and walk in shower, and room for a bench to spare?  

So unless the market takes a dip or I find a briefcase full of cash under a park bench, Chicago is off the table. 

The only way I know of to making money quickly is with a printing press and that's illegal too.
