Coworkers in adjacent neighborhoods have similar spaces and have been able post them on AirBnB and have claimed somewhere between $10K-12K of income per year.

.- The HOA President lives off-site in an adjacent town.- There has been no list communicating as to which unit owners are even serving on the board (i.e. secretary, treasurer, vice president).I've been bringing these items to the attention of board members, the property management group, and other unit owners for the last two years and have not seen any progress.

I have a couple of properties in or adjacent to some these neighborhoods and have yet to be notified of any crime occurring there.

The airport and Gulf Coast Town Center are right there also. 

The nearest Home Depot, Costco or airport was about 3 hours away.

Food deliveries, rideshare during big drinking days/concerts/sporting events/airport runs, shop for grocery items, etc...Most folks overestimate what they can earn in a day hustling and underestimate what they can earn in a year. 

It would be adjacent though, behind the garage, not directly behind the house so I'm hoping that measurement doesn't affect it.

An added bonus is that adjacent to our property, the city is in the process of building a state of the art 180,000 sqft. sportsplex.

I only work in multifamily, so I'm a bit industry-adjacent to most to people on here.
