The site has a search tool that can help you locate PM's in your area that are affiliated.

It never insures for what you did to the title while you owned it, or for what your affiliates (your LLC, which you control) did/do to the title.

Any sooner and you can't take cash-out and they're required to use the previous appraisal.I have no affiliation or anything with OwnUp, I just found their customer service to be excellent and their user interface painless. 

My RE agent selected buyer designates and says her company is affiliated with a title company and if we use that company then I will get a Butler rebate which she says zeros out the title charges on the final paperwork but failed to mention that I will still have to pay a transaction fee of $270 at closing.
