He is in America and there is  freedom of speech and he is enttled to his opinion In all these, corporate decisions are not made on the alter of sentiments; there might be an initial sentimental impact on this business, (like some folks here clamoring to change the building in Toronto from "Trump Tower');  but you might be surprised, this might even fuel his business empire.He is a smart businessman and rightly knows his business will not descriminate bc it can get sued.

If you pretty it up it will go a long way to translating that experience into loans or other OPM.

And with the left-out expenses of Property Management, Vacancy, Maintenance, Cap Ex and Mortgage, you may end up with about $3k out of that $16,980, which translates to about $83/m per door. 

Another question:Would you do anything to the house to alter the layout to flip or rent for a higher price?

Learn all the different LOCAL things about an area that you can't learn in a general seminar about real estate investing, that don't translate from place to place.
