I would take the average usage per the utility company, use that to determine what you think the monthly bill would be and then pad it some to account for using more than the average.

That’s just my thinking but it was sure fun to watch people slam their finger on that mouse to click zero.

In addition to that I also write down the address on a yellow pad I leave in my car.I would be interested to see if there is an app that can do what you are asking. 

We replaced the carpet and pad at the tenant's expense.We allow small dogs in some properties dependant on the finishing.  

I also stress to them the fact not to use abrasive scouring pads to "clean" stainless steel. 

All with garages, rooftop decks a 4/3.5, plus parking pad for two card and a small yard, they will be unique in the area for sure, especially with the 4 off street parking spaces and small yard.

Most established park owners know what the pad rents are locally so with a couple calls you will have a good idea.  

I think, however; mouse people aren’t very clear in their end goal to decide what to do with their money.

I will keep an eye out for pads in Sherman Oaks.

I didn't want to spend a ton sound proofing the basement ceiling so instead I went with a cheaper route where I put down felt padding with a rug on top that covered the entire living space that was over my area.
