There is almost always a clause in the contract where you agree the PM isn't liable for stuff like this.You really weren't harmed either.

They go by the license laws of that state and whether the public at large is harmed by violations of a brokerage, agent, etc.Ethics is different from disclosure license laws which in many states say on all contracts and contact you need to disclose you are licensed.

Not sure what your job is at Amazon... it's not a 8-hour day kind of work place. :)  I live in West Seattle.  

Throw them out, all of them ... they will do you more harm than good.

There is absolutely no harm in offering your MAO (preferably less) even if you don't think they won't take it.

In your case there is no harm in shopping around for a firm that matches your needs as far as size, expertise and billing structure is concerned.
