I've got a cute 3/1.5 in 44118 that would be great candidate for house-hacking rooms for registered or traveling nurses.

The problem is, the owner is an old Italian woman and has no clue what kind of shape this place is in....she thinks its a palace.

I agree this woman is jeapordizing this deal though.

My guess is that the woman is semi-motivated.

One woman had a bed against an outside door because the landlord would not fix the lock.That being said, the area is turning around.  

The home owner is a 90 year old woman and her attorney said she just wants to get rid of the home at this point.

I have a woman who wants to sell her house to me, however, after an initial search on the internet I saw that the home had been through an awful fire.

A woman has reached out through the seller and is interested in renting it and moving in December 7.
