I have some spare window units for emergencies, but I also replaced the AC condenser and A-coil on two MHs I put in last year with new units because after discussing the units with my HVAC guy we didn't feel they would make more than a year or two and they used the old refrigerant anyway. 

That is like a car dealer saying I have discounted cars available, but before you get to see them, I must see your cash.Too often these portfolio of cars will be the ones that have already been compacted.

Work with people that want to work with you and don't spare a thought for those who don't.
