But the lead sources I use / have had success with is : Vacant, Pre Foreclosure, Tired Landlord, Probate (never had success with this one), D4D, Door knocking in mid-low quality neighborhoods, Cut water list, code violations, Liens, FSBO, FRBO, Expired, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Pretty much any major life changes - there is an acronym that has all of them but I cant remember it.
