To get ahead, we're going to have to work overtime and give up sleep, time with family, alcohol etc. 

They have a decent swath of outdoor seating off Lake Woodlands where we could take over table or two, have a drink, and connect.

For MHP, make sure u check drinking water if onsite wells.

I would stay away from providing alcohol or encouraging drinking alcohol.

Parent's love it because they know their kids are safe, and aren't going to drink themselves into a coma.
